we have fixed the QHDTV DNS problem.
if you have problem on the channel erro .please reboot your box and internet router
and reopen the apps .it will be work now

Hello, some peoples have Static IP and the IP Adress change only when the Internet Router more than 12 hours not connectet. It means i told them in the Night they must take The Internet Router from the Power.
This Happens every Time when a Server Problem is aviable. Ohter Peoples with dynamic IP dont have this Problem.
Do you have a Sulotion for this?

Your service could be good but:
– too much freeze
– too much channels who doesn’t works,
– too long time for fix and maintenance,
– no monitoring of your service and no “after sales service”,
– no serious about maintenance and repair…

i received an update on my qhdtv after the update qhdtv will not boot properly and all channels are not working also i tried to install another version of qhdtv and keeps giving me a netwrok error can you let me how to fix it thanks.

2, please try to turn off the router about 5 min, then turn on again, your ip will be changed, then you can try to login again
3, if still dont work, please contact your seller to reset country for the code

I reboot both the router and the android box and still can’t any channel on QHDTV, have 9 months left in my subscription but when I select =settings and days remaining it shows:”expire date” only.
Please kindly advise, I will be thinking twice before I renew qhdtv this time.
