How to fix Leadcool box black screen after you update to 1.17 or 1.1.9Version

How to fix Leadcool box black screen after you update to 1.17 Version

Dear All leadcool Box customer

Since last update 1.1.7 Version .the APP have some Bugs .after you reboot the box .the Luncher can not boot.

we have release the 1.18 version . and fix this Bugs!

PS: if your box language not on english .Please change to English First 

Or on French Lanage .the APP pacakge name : Boîte personnalisée

If your box have the black screen after you update to 1.1.7 .

Please follow next Step .you will fix this problem

1.Click Setting Button your Remote Control

2.then You will Get the Setting Menu

3.please use down button go Apps find CustomBox

4.click Open .this Luncher will Run

PS:if you have update to 1.1.9 .please remove the update .just click unstall the Updates

the box will back to old version .

5.after 30 second .it will notice update to 1.18 Version .please click Confrim Button .after you update to 1.18 Version .all problem will be fixed

    I can’t do that and I can’t come to massage that says update to conform so I still no pictures or Chanels . Please help me to make that .

    Hello, Today 20/07/2019 I had a 1.1.9 update, after installing it over restarting the set-top box, flashing black screen. Forced to put back in factory configuration.1.1.1. Please resolve this issue as quickly as possible. Waiting cordially

    Mon appareil leadcool box ne fonctionne plus , impossible de se connecter après avoir mis le code, message erreur réseau alors que je suis connecter en direct.Numéro box modèle :rk322x-box et uméro de commande :97250300597942.Merci de faire quelques choses car j’ai encore 4 mois d’abonnement Desjardins didier

    Bonjour mon boîtier est tout le temps avec le témoin lumineux rouge…. j’essaie de l’allumer avec ma télécommande, en vain…. j’ai changé les piles. Mon boîtier à un mois, je suis vraiment désemparée, pourriez-vous m’aider.
